Bryan currently accepts Auto and Workers Compensation insurance not requiring MCO provided care. He does not accept health insurance at this time. Prices are subject to change and to the Oregon Maximum Allowed amounts, (established by the State of Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division) for the dates of service.
A physician’s prescription, order, or referral and an approved treatment plan is required.
